This is the first ever Corn Palace in 1892 and they have been doing one each year since then!!!
In 1937, as shown in this picture...domes were added. Altogether there have been three Corn Palaces...each one a bit larger and better.
Here are all the types of colored corn that is used in the pictures. The outside is changed yearly and gives the birds quite a feed. The inside pictures are changed each 4 to 8 years.
Here a wheat harvester gobbles up the wheat as it comes over the hill.
