A lovely Wyoming scene!
Mount Laramie....a beacon for pioneers and the early settlers heading west. It was said to be seen as far away as Nebraska! A gorgeous thunderhead looms above its peak.
In a quaint mountain area about 29 miles from Douglas, Wyoming lies Esterbrook. A few cabins, a lodge with a restaurant and this incredible gem! The Esterbrook Community Church non-denominational consecrated in 1946 still holds Sunday services. The door was open so we went in for a look....and saw the most loved little church.
Here in the foreground you see the altar and the cross in the window and this is the view those coming to this house of the Lord sees....His majesty and beauty!
