OK.....any plant experts out there? No one seems to know what this plant is. We have heard it is not "noxious" at least to horses...but it has grown since Randy has scraped away the sage brush.

I am curious are those berries. If so would it be a wild raspberry plant?

It looks like the Strawberry-Blite(Blitum capitum). That's what the leaves look like. "Irregularly toothed, triangular leaves. Tight, round clusters of tiny green flowers that later turn to bright red berries. 6 to 24 inches. Woods and clearings from southern Canada to the northern US. June to August. The plant is edible, leaves in spring and fruit in summer.
