This is the rhubarb-lemon pie that I made for Dave. Doris just went out in her backyard in the corner and cut beautiful rhubarb! The pie was great, too....with a little vanilla ice cream on the top. Yum! Dave and I shared this one and Doris and Steve shared a strawberry pie she had made. hmmmm two pies for four people?
