Wow! We bought a huge 7 bone prime rib for New Year's Eve dinner. Steve's brother, Gary, shown here, cooks them the best I have ever tasted! See those ribs....that's what I ate! They are my very favorite! We are still enjoying prime rib beef sandwiches!
